I am having a blast with the new Waterfront stamp set available in the new 2018 Occasions catalog that will go live on January 3rd. I am definitely planning a technique video using this set. Simply stamped cards are a snap and artistic cards take very few extra steps. These are the latest cards I've made using this set:
When I was making the card above, I kept thinking of Bob Ross! I can't wait to show you how to create snowy mountains.
The scene above reminds me of a trip we took to Maui in 2014. The hotel we stayed at over-booked, so we ended up with an upgrade. Instead of the regular room in the hotel, we were given a beach front bungalow for our stay!
Both of the cards above were created with stamped images that were then softened a bit with an Aqua Painter. For the snowy mountain scene, I stamped and over-stamped the mountain using markers to highlight the image, then softened with the Aqua Painter. Very easy to do.
Trust me...you NEED this stamp set. Get yours January 3rd!
Retail Price: $49.00 (plus shipping and handling)
