Elegance Made Easy with Good Morning Magnolia Bundle

This is going to be one of those bundles that I will rarely put away. You can create clean & simple, easy elegance or over the top with this bundle. I decided I wanted to use the new Magnolia Lane Memories & More Large Specialty Cards & Envelopes and the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper for this card and coordinating envelope.   

I stamped the flower with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, then used a stamp from the Artisan Textures set to stamp the inside of the flower with Stampin' Up! Petal Pink Classic Ink. (then used the coordinating die to trim it out) I embossed the sentiment with White Stampin' Emboss Powder on Basic Black cardstock with a sentiment from the stamp set and used Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere it to the card front with a tiny bit of ordinary cheese cloth under it for added interest. I used a 3 x 4 inch piece of DSP for the background. This was a very simple card to create!

New Annual Catalog Starts Today! (plus a PRETTY card!)

Yes...I know I have been away for a long time. I've had lots going on, but hoping to get back to some regular blogging. I NEED to, because I have so many new toys from the new catalog to show you! Like this sample using the new Good Morning Magnolia stamp set from the Magnolia Lane Suite. 

Isn't the flower to die for? If it looks 3-D, it's because it is! I stamped 2 of them and fussy cut and layered one of them on top of the other one using glue and Stampin' Dimensionals to give it depth. 

I used watercolor paper for the main background and the flowers. I used the smooshing technique to achieve the watery looking background and the speckles are an image from the Artisan Textures stamp set.
