Happy World Cardmaking Day!

I love this time of year. Is it wrong that I've just had pumpkin spice coffee AND a pumpkin spice English muffin? Don't judge me...

Even though Halloween is just around the corner, I can't stop making Christmas cards. This is one I came up with yesterday. All products Stampin' Up!

This started out as just one of my crazy watercolor backgrounds using Wild Wasabi and Old Olive inks. I just dripped & dabbed until it looked the way I wanted it to! For this card, I used reinkers for both colors to achieve a deeper shade of color.

Supply list:

Do you remember the last time you received a card in the mail? In a sea of junk mail and bills, a card is a simple thing that really stands out to the person who receives it. Sending a card is a small gesture that shows just how much you care about that special someone in your life. World Card Making Day is today, October 1, celebrate by making and sending a handmade card to someone who could use a little recognition, love, or just a boost (which is anyone, really!)  In celebration of World Card Making Day, from October 1 - 5, you can save up to 25% on card making essentials that can be used to share your love all year long!

Want to earn a free gift during the month of October? Simply place an online order between $50 & $149.99 (not including tax & shipping) and use the hostess code shown in the top of the right hand column of this page. Your gift will be mailed around the second week of November. If your order is over $150, don't use the hostess code...you get all of the hostess benefits at that point! If you will be using the hostess code, see below for instructions on how to do so.

Be sure and do not check "no contact" from demonstrator. If you do that, I will not be able to see your contact information to send your hostess gift.

As always, let me know if you have any questions about the project or the products used. Thanks for visiting my blog.

Artfully Yours,

Kim
